Mike Lemon

Managing Director

Mike Lemon is a Managing Director with District Capital responsible for originating and closing a variety of commercial transactions. 

Prior to joining District Capital, Mike worked at Q10 Capital | Lutz Financial Services. At Q10 Capital, he arranged commercial real estate financing for all asset types. 

Mike graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree, majoring in finance and minoring in economics. He also graduated from Georgetown University with a master’s degree in real estate and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Mike lives in Clarkston with his wife, Kate and daughter, Charlotte. When he is not at the office closing deals, you can typically find him on the golf course or his adult "beer" league hockey games.
