Joe Wilber

Financial Analyst

Joe is a recent graduate of Ohio State University with a B.S. in business administration, where he double majored in finance and real estate. Joe is responsible for underwriting deals across all asset classes and capital markets sources while supporting the production team throughout the loan origination process.

Prior to joining District Capital, Joe completed a brokerage internship with Matthews Real Estate Investment Services where he conducted market research and assisted senior brokers throughout the acquisition process. Joe also worked part-time while at Ohio State as a senior leasing agent for Northsteppe Realty, a student housing and multifamily property manager in Columbus, Ohio that manages over 1,400 units.

Outside of the office, Joe enjoys spending time with his friends and family, Ohio State football, exercising, and boating on the shores of Lake Erie.
