Principal

Dave leads the Indianapolis office of District Capital. Prior to joining District Capital, Dave was a principal of Crossroads Realty Advisors, a boutique mortgage banking firm that he co-founded and led for eight years after working for one of the largest national commercial mortgage banking firms.

As a trusted partner, Dave works strategically with his clients to help capitalize their debt and equity requirements. His broad experience in real estate finance, including placement of permanent, construction, bridge, and mezzanine debt, as well as private and institutional equity, allows him to structure complex and creative solutions required to effectively capitalize real estate transactions in both stable and volatile markets.

Dave has been involved in commercial and multi-housing finance and sales since 2004. During his career, Dave has participated in the successful placement of more than $4 billion in commercial real estate property financings and sales for many of the largest public and private real estate companies in the United States, as well as private developers and investors. 

Dave graduated magna cum laude from Wabash College with a B.A. in economics. He is active in the ULI and CCIM and maintains his Indiana real estate brokerage license. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four active kids, being on and around the water at the family lake house, and restoring vintage cars.
