Over the past 15 years, Dave has underwritten and originated hundreds of millions of dollars of commercial real estate loans with exclusive correspondent life insurance companies, CMBS/Conduit lenders, agency lenders, bridge lenders, and banks/credit unions. He also regularly brokers transactions and invests in commercial real estate projects throughout Michigan.

Outside of the office, Dave is an amazing husband to Maria and selfless father to Ruby,  Leah, and Dex.  In his limited free time, Dave can be found at the ice rink dominating old men in beer league hockey, shanking tee shots, waterskiing, and laughing at his own jokes.
