Principals Dave Ross and Jon Everson formed what is now the Indianapolis office of District Capital in 2013 after many years together with a national mortgage banking firm.  Their vision was to leverage years of institutional experience and relationships with the simple premise of putting the client’s interests first and delivering exceptional results.  After more than a decade, the office now operates with a seasoned seven-member production team and is regarded as a trusted partner for both their clients and lenders.
