The Detroit office of District Capital was formed in 2018 by its principal Kevin Kovachevich.  After mortgage banking for 18 years with a boutique firm in Michigan, Kevin decided it was time to put out his own shingle and start District Capital within the City of Detroit.  Detroit has historically been underserved in the capital markets so having an office in the city was very important.   District Capital’s Detroit office is proud to be located in historic Brush Park neighborhood, sandwiched between the CBD and Midtown.  As Detroit’s only mortgage banking firm, we’re doing our part to help support the continued growth and revitalization of our city.
