The Cleveland office of District Capital was formed in 2021 by principals Jim Leonard, Brock Walter, Lindee Flater and Heather Mattei. The principals previously worked together for 30 years at Cleveland based Pinnacle Financial Group. Even though Jim and Brock are in the seventh inning of their careers, we haven’t gotten rid of them quite yet. They continue to help their clients while also helping to train and grow our team throughout the state of Ohio and as opportunities present themselves beyond. The new firm includes a growing group of seasoned real estate financing professionals, all committed to providing the unparalleled service clients and lenders have come to expect from this team.
